What We Offer

As a marketing intern for PAINT Nail Bar, a top nail salon in the heart of Tampa, I developed creative campaigns and filmed engaging short-form videos to support their goal of increasing brand awareness in the Tampa area. My strategies focused on attracting their target market of 18- to 35-year-olds by showcasing their services in a fresh, modern, and engaging way. Video 1: Behind the Scenes - Meet the Team : This video aims to humanize the brand and build trust by introducing the team behind the services. In the beauty industry, clients value relationships and consistency, so showing the personalities, expertise, and warmth of the staff helps create an emotional connection. By giving viewers a glimpse behind the scenes, we increase transparency and authenticity—two major drivers of engagement on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. This content also helps promote employee advocacy, as staff are more likely to share and engage with a video that features them. Analytics such as reach, profile visits, and saves will help measure the video’s success in creating brand familiarity and boosting loyalty.

Video 2: Before and After Transformation: Transformation videos are highly engaging and perform well on visual platforms because they immediately capture attention and showcase the value of the service. This format highlights the expertise and artistry of the nail technicians, reinforcing Paint Nail Bar’s brand promise of quality and aesthetic excellence. By showing a client's journey from bare nails to a stunning final look, the video taps into viewer satisfaction and encourages potential customers to envision their own experience. TREND RECOMMENDATIONS PROPOSAL 

The “Peekaboo” by Kendrick Lamar trend is a great way for a Tampa nail salon to boost visibility and show off nail art in a fun, eye-catching way. It works well because the beat drop is perfect for before-and-after nail transitions, making the content engaging and on-trend. To use it, the salon can film a short clip showing bare nails, then reveal the final look right at the beat drop. This trend is easy to recreate, grabs attention quickly, and helps highlight the salon’s creativity while reaching a wider local audience on TikTok.

For the "suspect caught" TikTok trend, you can start with a playful suspenseful setup where someone says, "Suspect caught, always at Paint Nail Bar!" The person quickly denies it with saying , "No, I’m not!" Then, you cut to the reveal— the person is sitting back in a pedicure chair, sipping on a mimosa while getting pampered. This approach capitalizes on a trendy format while authentically promoting Paint Nail Bar’s atmosphere and services in a way that resonates with TikTok’s audience.

The TikTok trend featuring weekly outifts is a great strategy for Paint Nail Bar. This trend is perfect for showcasing the salon’s boutique items. To implement this, Paint Nail Bar can create short videos of someone with different boutique outfits and accessories. This strategy can attract new clients and drive more traffic to the salon's boutique.
